S.M.A.R.T. ™ Design

There’s Only 1 Chance to Get it Right

When a club decides to build anew or renovate one or more of its facilities the process can be a stressful one.  With literally hundreds upon hundreds of steps that are required for completion, the reality of it is daunting.  And that’s just the construction . . . what about the hundreds upon hundreds of steps that are required to transition the operations?

PRMG’s S.M.A.R.T.™ Design makes it easy.  We plan and manage the transition for you.

Project Blueprint

A team of PRMG professionals will manage the project alongside a club assigned on-site manager/administrator scheduled to be a liaison to the project.

Phase 1: Goal & Vision Alignment

  • We assist with upcoming budgets, as they pertain to “project budgeting” for the FF&E and Labor Management; on a “go forward” basis.

Phase 2: “Blueprint” Planning
